Consulting Engagements

We conduct organizational consulting in the form of executive coaching, on-site research, and custom simulation studies. Simulations are developed collaboratively with stakeholders and (where appropriate) IT staff within your organization. Key deliverables include simulation code, model summaries, and the documentation needed for disseminating and replicating the simulation results.
